RV Tailgating

Tailgating Resources

Regulations

Vehicles are not allowed in tailgating areas. There are designated tailgate drop off areas to drop off your items near your tailgate spot before you park. No one is allowed to reserve legal, paved parking spaces in the parking decks or city parking lots. Reserving tailgating spots in areas using stakes, ropes, ribbons, tape, chairs, tables, tents, vehicles, or other items is not allowed until 4 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019, except for specially permitted city events. Items found before then are subject to removal without notice or reimbursement. It is unlawful to use any city utilities.

Grills

Grills are not allowed within 50 feet of the Garrett-Harrison Stadium or in other designated no-grill areas. All fires must be contained within grills or other containers designed specifically for that purpose. Extinguish charcoal fires thoroughly with water before leaving them attended. Place extinguished charcoal in designated containers and remove it from site for disposal. Do not dump charcoal on the ground or in dumpsters. Tailgating and grilling are not allowed in paved parking lots.

Tents

Tents with stakes shorter than 12 inches may be set up after 4 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019.

RVs

The Roy Martin Center is located off of Airport Road and will be open for RESERVED RV parking only. Spots are limited, so reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are opened for setup starting at 4 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019, and close at 4 p.m. on the Sunday following the game. Please reference the game day map for location details.

Tailgate Drop Off

On game day, fans will have the opportunity to unload their vehicles in one of two designated locations. At each location, staff will be present to assist with the unloading process, monitor unloading times, and ensure the unload process does not disrupt normal game day flow. The service will only be available until 1 p.m. E.D.T. on game day.

Trash & Recycling

Please continue to keep Phenix City beautiful by placing all trash and recycling in the proper bins located throughout the tailgate areas, RV Lot, and stadium for your convenience. Litter and recycling bags will also be distributed in tailgate areas and the RV lot to help keep the area litter-free.
